Gyurkovits Tamás a.k.a. Tomee. His love for music at an early age first manifested itself through studying classical piano throughout the years of elementary school. He picked up the guitar during his teenage years, playing in jazz and blues bands around the Budapest club circuit. 1997 gave his professional carrier a huge boost, when he was accepted to the Musician Institue of Hollywood’s GIT-Encore course, learning the tricks of the trade from the likes of David Hill, Keith Whyett, Jeff Richman. After returning to Hungary, utilising both his knowledge of classical and pop music, he turned into full-time music professional. As a solo artist, he participates in various projects both as a producer or guitar player. Aside from his composing work, ha also plays in Budapest, and the clubs of other cities around the country, accompanied by a DJ and a vocalist and other musicians.
